Where can I view the award catalog with gift pricing?
You can access the full online award catalog with pricing here, which carries thousands of gifts from hundreds of brands like Apple, Bose, Kate Spade, Keurig, REI, Fitbit, Ray-Ban, Pandora, Samsung, Xbox and more!
Can this program be branded to my business?
Yes! During program setup we will request your company logo and branding guidelines. We will design all program related materials to look and feel like an extension of your in-house marketing efforts.
What price points am I able to select from when gifting my recipients?
Awards Network offers 15 price levels you are able to select from.
You choose both the awards you want to give and the price point you want tied to each award.
Are the gifts' price points shown to the recipients?
No. Employees will only have access to a specific catalog of gift options available to them, with no price points shown.
Are shipping costs included in the gift price?
Shipping is included in the cost of our gifts if shipped within the contiguous 48 US states. International shipping options are available upon request.
How quickly will recipients receive their gifts?
Most gifts arrive within two weeks of placing an order; on average, they arrive within 7-10 days.
Can we put our company logo on gift items?
Unfortunately, Awards Network does not logo any of our gifts with your company's logo. Should you have custom merchandise you want to add to our catalog options, you may do so for an additional onetime fee. Clients are allowed a max of 10 logo'd items and are responsible for fulfillment of all custom orders.
Is reporting available with this program?
Absolutely! Our team is able to run reporting for you at any time highlighting who you've awarded year-to-date, redemptions and ordering statuses, as well as year-over-year program statistics.
