Marketing Engagement Strategist

Our growing team is looking for a Marketing Engagement Strategist who is focused on writing compelling content that attracts and converts new website visitors into qualified leads for our sales team, while also creating nurturing emails with the goal of re-engaging existing leads.   • Create top-of-funnel content pieces to attract new website visitors (examples include e-books, blogs, whitepapers, checklists, sales guides, etc.)

  • Write insightful, action-focused emails that offer solutions to leads’ challenges, needs and interests.

  • Use marketing insights to re-engage existing leads so our services are top of mind when they are ready to make a buying decision.

  • Provide back-up support to the Director of Business Development by presenting 1-on-1 demos via online meeting software and have a knack for asking great questions to uncover leads’ pain points.

  • Evaluate incoming Requests for Proposal (RFP) and prepare answers to those that are a good match for our offerings.

  • Consistently and effectively utilize the Customer Relationship Management platform (Salesforce) and the inbound marketing tools (HubSpot).

This includes being a self-starter with a high level of creativity and attention to detail, while taking the initiative to convert qualified leads into opportunities for the sales team.

  • Computer Literacy - Experience with Microsoft Outlook and ability to navigate a Customer Relationship Management system

  • Education - Bachelor's Degree preferred and 2-3 years of experience with inbound marketing or creating various types of engaging content
